ONLINE SESSION PROCESS

• Invitation links to join online sessions will be automatically generated and shared via Email prior 30 minutes   before the start of the session.
  Participants will have to click on the links to join the online session.

  ZOOM Online Meeting

  Hi all, we will be using Zoom online meeting software for conducting online sessions.
  Please go through with the below links to see how the Zoom Online meeting application works for participants who want to join the sessions.

  Participants can join the online class using unique meeting ID/Link via either Email or WhatsApp Group at least one day before the class starts.

  • Participants need to connect to computer audio & use proper audio devices to be able to listen/

  • Initially all the participants will be on mute.

  • Use chat box to communicate via text initially.

  • Video Options will be disabled for Participants during the class.

  • For regular class, you can use the same meeting ID/Link to join class same time every day.
